Cystitis manifestations - STOP! This is the most affordable d-mannose option from ayherb. I take it when I first notice cystitis symptoms, such as mild bladder cramps. For severe symptoms, antibacterial antibiotics are necessary. I use a mix of cranberry and d-mannose, taking it prophylactically twice a week, or daily for five days during flare-ups.
